Job Details: Ability to lead business deliverables such as forms,
compliance, advisor implementation plan and testing. Drive out user
requirements and assist with system requirements (if appilcable). Process
mapping of business process flows and documenting as is and to be scenarios.
Utilize Quality Center for requirements gathering. Develop issue or risk
assessment, options for resolution, and proposed recommendation with strong
reasoning. Collaborate and negotiate to define project scope boundaries.
Conduct interviews and/or JAD sessions to define, document, and prioritize
business requirements. Develop or refine business processes and process flow
diagrams. Develop User Acceptance Test plan and test conditions, and perform
testing function. Contribute to implementation planning and
post-implementation tracking. Experience with preparation and analysis of
Request For Information/Request For Proposal processes for vendor or package
selection. Provide effective communication on project status and progress.
Develop sustained relationships with internal business and technology
partners. Successfully manage relationships with vendors and other external
partners. Identify business needs or opportunities for improvement through
either broad industry knowledge, or detailed knowledge of specific products,

Job Details:
Role: The Project Manager is fully responsible for the overall success of
their assigned project.
They will direct and counsel other Project Managers/BSAs in areas of project
management and will perform these tasks with skill and acumen:
* Delivering the overall project
* Leadership tasks (planning, setting strategic direction, managing
relationships)
* Utilize standard reports, documents and processes to increase quality and

Position: Sr. Test Engineer
Location: College Park, GA

The complexity and mission-critical nature of the application requires
in-depth functional testing of the application regardless of the needs of
any single business unit. An initial, conservative guesstimate of the number
of discrete functional test cases required for this application exceeds
1,000
These test cases are above and beyond what the business units (RES, OCC,
etc.) will create and execute. Bounds and usability testing will be required
for the GUI to ensure its robustness and usability. The application is
extremely customizable and will require many different data scenarios to be
executed to fine tune the optimum setting of the various “dials.”

Engaging the automation team is crucial to the efficient and timely
execution of these scenarios – creating and validating manual test cases for
use by the automation team is an important factor in the success of this
effort.

Identifying, capturing and restoring sufficient and relevant test data for
these scenarios is a critical component of the testing effort.
Working with the various business units to analyze the results of the
various scenario results will require significant time and focus of a
knowledgeable test engineer.

Basic Entry Requirements:
-Bachelors Degree in CS, IS, or BA with two (2) to 5 (5) yrs of IT and/or
business experience, or any equivalent combination of experience, education,
and/or training.
-The ideal candidate has the above with three (3) to 5 (5) yrs project
coordination and previous airline or travel business experience.
-Team player; able to work under pressure and with aggressive timelines.
-Will be working with other teams including the test engineers in the
various business units; therefore, excellent communication skills are a
must.

Web Developer (WD) supporting a Federal agency that is in the process of
migrating forms from the existing Client-Server (JetForm & Adobe)
architecture to a system that is web-based. The new software/forms must
provide the agency with a reliable, scalable architecture that permits users
to access the system via the SSA Intranet. In addition, the software should
provide the ability to leverage current agency technologies and be capable
of adding functionality using standard development tools.

The WD interacts with the customer and reviews requirements documentation,
