We are looking for people who have strong experience on the .Net Technology
Stack to work as a development lead and/or technical project manager.
Required skills:
* 5+ years experience in designing and building enterprise architecture over
.Net
* Solid experience with .Net technologies (>net version 1.1, C#, IIS 6.0).
* Must have knowledge of service oriented architecture concepts
* Exposure to web programming skills (JavaScript, html etc) is a big plus.
* Must have experience working with offshore teams.
* Ability to communicate his/her ideas effectively to a technical and
business audience.
* Very strong customer orientation
* Is able to work well with end-users to learn about their specific business
needs and must be able to gain their confidence when presenting solutions to
their systems needs.
* The person must also possess project management and organization skills to
manage, lead a team of developers and gain consensus amongst team members.
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline, or have
equivalent experience.
