Ability to analyze problems in situations where the symptoms are not of a standard or familiar nature, therefore requiring independent thought and logical trouble shooting methods. Demonstrated ability to apply analytical skills. § Financial Services experience desired. § Strong QA methodology and process background. § Understanding of software development life cycles and experience in an Agile/Scrum environment. § Must have outstanding attention to detail, must be deadline and results oriented self-starter. § Must be very proactive, possess the ability to multi-task, adapt and operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic organization with minimal supervision. § Proven ability to follow processes and/or write standard documentation using established formats. § Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) to work with all levels of staff and management. § Experience in the following highly desired: Firefox, AJAX, HTML, XML, Web Services, Oracle environment (Fusion Middleware environment, Oracle DB, BPEL, ADF). § Strong SQL skills.
