Experience:
• SAP Data Integration Tool ( >=3 yrs is required but ok with 2 yrs)
• MS SQL SSIS ( 2 yrs)
• MS SQL DBA ( 2-4 Yrs)
• Experience in general DBA tasks on SQL 2008/2005.
• Hands on experience in using various SQL native tools.
• Strong understanding of database design and ETL concepts.
• Experience using Microsoft SQL Server SSIS and SAP Data Integrator ETL
tools to load Data from various data sources.
• Experience in design, implement and tuning ETL loads.
• Experience with SQL features like SQL Change Data Capture, SQL Clustering,
database mirroring, Log Shipping, Auditing, SQL Replication etc is a plus.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database integrity issues,
performance issues, blocking and deadlocking issues, connectivity issues,
security issues etc.
• Knowledge of backups, restores, recovery models, database indexing,
database shrink operations, DBCC commands.
• Excellent team player and customer service.
• Ability to:
1. Provide off hours support.
2. Work both in team and independently with general guidelines and minimal
supervision.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
