Sr. Business Object Developer with Financial exp

Seeking an experienced, dynamic professional possessing good business
intelligence expertise coupled with excellent communication and leadership
skills to drive expansion into reporting and data integration area.
Main Duties
The individual hired will interface with Credit Risk Clients to understand
their reporting requirements. He/She should be able to quickly prototype the
reports using his business objects reporting skills and ensure that the
format and data on the reports make sense. Upon receiving user acceptance,
he/she would then coordinate with other IT team members to productionalize
the reports.
Person Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Must have Business Objects Universe Designing experience
5+ years of Business Objects Report Creation experience using Deski/Webi
5+ years of Financial industry experience. Credit Risk preferred.
Must have hands on experience using an ETL tool and can handle creating Data
feeds from various Data sources.
Must have experience with Databases (preferably SQL Server)
Must have previous experience/understanding of Financial Markets especially
Credit Risk
Preferred Qualifications:
Used SAP BO Xcelcius or QlikView
Some programming experience (.Net preferred)
Strong group facilitation, communication, and training presentation skills.
Advanced analytical and problem solving skills.
