Location : NJ *FULLTIME* Identification & Access Management Analyst The Identity and Access Management Analyst will be responsible for the architecture, maintenance, and operations of the enterprise identity and access management infrastructure. The individual will be responsible for working with application stakeholders to design and implement solutions leveraging the use of enterprise identity and access management systems. The individual will also be responsible for various aspects of infrastructure management including implementation, maintenance, performance monitoring and capacity planning, troubleshooting, support, and security. The position requires a strong understanding of access management concepts and technologies. *Responsibilities*: Assist in problem resolution for Identity Management infrastructure and integrated applications when necessary. Install and administer Identity Management (IdM) and Access Management (AM) products and services. Work with application stakeholders to design and implement integrated secure solutions. Provides guidance and technical expertise to other technical employees and project groups. Develop identity and access management strategies, architectures and implementation plans. Follows established change management processes. Develop, maintain, and execute processes and procedures in support of routine administrative tasks. Assist in Capacity Planning and Performance Management of supported services/technologies. Makes recommendations for enhancing identity and access services. Develop, maintain, and execute processes and procedures to ensure ongoing Disaster Recovery Readiness. Assists project teams with the application and implementation of clients Security Policies and agreed architectures. *Requirements**: *Bachelors Degree in computer related field such as Computer Science, Mathematics or Engineering. In lieu of a degree equivalent experience will be considered. At least 5 years direct experience with Identity & Access Management technologies and concepts, which include; Enterprise Directory Services, Virtual Directory, Enterprise Single Sign-On / Web Access Controls and Authorization models (such as Role Based Access Control – RBAC) A professional certification in security or related technologies is a valuable asset. Knowledge and experience installing and administering Enterprise Directory Services (EDS) technologies, such as; Oracle Internet Directory, SunOne Directory Services and Microsoft Active Directory. Knowledge and experience installing and administering Enterprise Single Sign-On (ESSO) and Access Management (AM) technologies, such as; Computer Associates SiteMinder, Oracle Access Manager, IBM Tivoli and OpenSSO / OpenAM. Knowledge and experience integrating Enterprise Single Sign-On technologies with technologies such as; Oracle Application Server (Oracle HTTP Server), Oracle WebLogic, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), Apache HTTP, SunOne Web Server, Microsoft Internet Information Server (MS IIS). Knowledge and experience with Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), JAVA (J2EE & JSP), Perl, C, HyperText Markup Language (HTML), Structured Query Language (SQL), Shell scripting (Unix commands). Knowledgeable of Identity Management (IdM) and Account Lifecycle Management concepts and best practices, including but not limited to; User provisioning, termination and account access maintenance. Knowledge and experience monitoring and auditing ESSO, EDS, IdM & AM technologies to ensure high availability and security (abuse and attack detection). Knowledge of Self Service Account Management technologies, concepts and best practices, such as; Identity validation, user provisioning, self service password recovery and automation workflows (i.e. Self Service Access requests). Familiarity with web application security concepts, such as secure application development, secure session management, cryptography, input validation, logging and error handling a plus. Familiarity with load balancer technologies and ESSO integration capabilities is a plus.
