 7+ years of relevant experience



• It is a senior position where client expect the resource to know
Accounting and Financial concepts like accruals, intercompany transactions
etc. as it relates to Oracle Financials functional setups.


• Liaison between technical staff and business user community.  A thorough
understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them
into application and operational requirements.  .


• Works with users to identify and specify complex business requirements.
Meet with team to understand and analyze current state and future direction
that team proposes.  Including interpretation, analysis, documentation &
business process/system design. Need to work in a new project that will to
re-engineer current processes.


• Strong analytical and project management skills are required


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to
interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and
subject matter experts.


• Detail oriented.  Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from
multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and decompose high-level information
into details


• Must understand technical designs & ensure the end product meets
specifications and business needs.


• Conduct technical research on system upgrades to determine feasibility,
cost and time required


• Must be able to provide constructive feedback and opinions to technical
staff regarding technical design


• Responsible for facilitating system/integration/user testing, training and
documentation


• Works with development staff (off-shore and Adecco colleagues) to review
unit test as well as develop integration & user test plans.


• Must be familiar with and follow standard SDLC.


*• 7+ years of Oracle Financials working experience including version
11.5.10.2 is required. Must have excellent functional knowledge of and
hands-on experience in GL, AR, AP, FA, Advanced Collections, System
Administration, Workflow administration Modules.*


• Experience with SQL*Toad a plus

• Knowledge of presentation tools such as Powerpoint, Visio, Microsoft
Projects etc. is required.
