Job Description :

**LOCAL candidates will get first preference.  Face to face interview may be
required.
Agency responsible for getting candidate to job / interview.

Aspect Call Center system management experience.

e-WFM system administration experience.



Cisco UCM administration experience is requested, but not required



*Essential duties and responsibilities:*

Perform day-to-day operational support of the Aspect Call Center and e-WFM
system including configuration changes to agents/agent groups/supervisor
groups/user profiles/DNIS/Trunking, espweb and e-WFM groups and users

Design real time reports/director canvases to meet the needs of internal
customers

Isolates issues and resolves them and/or coordinates the resolution with the
appropriate departments and/or appropriate vendors.

Monitors associated Systems Hardware and Software and performs maintenance
as necessary.

Provides initial and ongoing training to end users.

Develops, implements and maintains systems documentation and operational
procedures.

Provide 24x7 on call support on a rotating basis; some after-hours scheduled
maintenance events.



This request is associated with the position in the Enterprise Telecom Team
- IT Operations.

Member of the Enterprise Telecom team supporting the Aspect Call Center
systems, and Aspect e-WFM systems.
