MUST HAVE: Min. of 9 years of experience, agile methodology, worked in Life or health insurance company and exp. with .Net 4.0 Senior .Net Developer 12 month contract, Tampa, Florida Must be onsite and available for small amounts of travel to client site Small amounts of travel required. Travel costs covered for client visits. Skype interview required H1 or GC 1) Design, develop, testing, and deploying browser based applications. 2) Use Agile/SCURM development process to document requirements, design solutions and define technical architecture 3) Support the creation, maintenance and compliance of Agile/SCRUM development standards and guidelines 4) Provide time estimates, project planning support and reporting, and resource management 5) Assist with requirements clarification and refinement 6) communicates with project customers and other project team members Additional Job Details: Required & Desired Skills, Certs: . Must have a minimum of 10 years of software development and support experience. . Must have 3 years of experience developing Microsoft .NET applications. . Would like to have experience using Cincom's Eloquence or other document generation tools. . 3+ years of experience with projects in the Life Insurance or Healthcare Insurance industry is requred . Must have 5+ years experience building Internet applications that can be accessed through multiple browsers. . Prior Agile SCRUM experience is preferred including having used one of the SCRUM project management tools such as Rally or VersionOne. . Must have 5+ years of experience with developing applications using the following Microsoft .NET technologies (strong user interface development experience is required): Microsoft MVC Development Framework, JQuery Components, Microsoft Razor ASP.NET, applications event model, C# and .NET 4.0 . Must have 6+ years of experience with the following Microsoft application development tools: Visual Studio 2008 Team Foundation Server, Microsoft Web Services and Windows Communication Foundation SOAP and WSDL Database query methods including SQL and stored procedures SQL Server 2008 features. Testing Experience developing and executing unit tests as a standard part of the development process Experience with helping define system integration and regression tests plans Experience with supporting the integration, regression, and client acceptance testing process . The ability to think outside the box and to possibly be able to give instruction or direction to some of the more junior members on our team is highly critical. . Excellent Web Design skills .
