Knowledge * A functional expert in the R/3 Sales and Distribution module with the ability to configure and trouble shoot. * Deep knowledge of SD sales/delivery/billing document processing, R/3 condition technique, rebate processing, and integration to FI/CO, MM, and PP. * Deep knowledge of the R/3 Enhancement Concept including Data Dictionary, CMOD, and Application Specific (SD) User Exits. * Fundamental understanding of Workflow, IDOC's, and EDI support. * Support other non SAP tools related to the order to cash process. Skills & Abilities * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms. * Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills. * Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work on cross-functional project teams and foster team commitment to tasks. * Comprehensive understanding of SAP's customizing toolset, including IMG (Implementing Management Guide). * SAP configuration skills in one or more modules, including SD. * Solid understanding of SAP's data model in one or more functional areas, including SD. * Thorough business understanding in one or more functional areas, as well as an understanding of the organization's industry.
