Role: SAP BW Backend Analyst, ABAP reporting Location: Burbank, CA Duration: 6 Months Quantity: 1 Rate:- $50/-hr on c2c DESCRIPTION: RESPONSIBILITES: . Provide support for the identification, prioritization/estimation and documentation of enhancements. . Work on production issues and coordinate resolution across all impacted teams (Production Support, Project, Competency Centers and Business Stakeholders). . Creation of/update to appropriate project deliverables, including functional design specifications for production support enhancements and defects as well as project design. SPECIFIC DELIVERABLES: 1 - Monitoring: ITSM process monitoring 2 - Analysis: Provide estimates for CRs 3 - Analysis: Tickets review and analysis 4 - Communication: Communication with all impacted teams to resolve production issues (ticket owner, production support, project, CRM, Competency Center, Business Stakeholders) 5 - Support: Troubleshooting and fixing the problem 6 - Support: Testing support, including FAT, SIT and UAT support 7 - Design/Documentation: Update FDS and other functional design deliverables (business process and procedures, etc.) as and when needed 8 - Migration: Perform charm activities - QA and PRD 9 - Migration: Cutover activities 10 - Meeting: Status meetings - Weekly and on demand for issues REQUIREMENTS: - B.A. preferred - Equivalent years of experience acceptable - BW skills required - ABAP Background Thanks & Regards......?
