*Please respond back with an updated resume and all inclusive rates to * [email protected]** Position: HCM Functional Consultant (Time and Recruitment) - Location: OR Duration: 6+ months • 5+ years of relevant experience as SAP HCM functional Consultant and should have worked on minimum 2 end to end implementations and Support. • In depth understanding of SAP HR data processes and reporting. • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on customizations in SAP-HCM modules - Organizational Management, Personal Administration, Time (negative) and Recruitment. • Experience on SAP Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Employee self-service and Performance Management modules would be a plus. • Should have excellent communication skills. • Should be able to Manage the detailed customization in the relevant HCM modules. • Suggest design and process improvements. • Demonstrate initiative and mobility • Provide reliable estimates and do planning. • Should be able to work well in team environment and in a SAP project environment. • Customer focused..
