Role: DB2 Applications Developer Location: Newark, DE Experience: 3-7 Years Job description and Responsibilities . Candidate should have strong hands on experience in DB2 development on Unix platform . Candidate should be strong in writing complex SQL queries, procedures & DB2CLI, for data integration activities . Candidate should have strong knowledge in DB2 catalogue structures and usage of them for developing automated utilities (retention mgmt, capacity/usage reporting etc.) . Candidate should have strong knowledge in table partitioning, performance and replication and archiving capabilities . Candidate should posses decent knowledge on Data Modeling/Data integration concepts . Expertise with DB2 fast loader utilities is a plus . Experience in using Control M and & Informatica is a plus . Candidate will need to be a self starter with strong communication(listening, verbal, verbal) skills . Candidate should be able to provide technical leadership in the Design and the Development Phases of the project and should be able to work across the project lifecycle .
