Proficient with SQL Server Management Studio on laptops and database servers. . Able to backup databases, copy the backup file to another server, and restore the database, including point-in-time restores. . Able to run scripts to true-up logins and users. . Able to migrate DTS and SSIS packages from one server to another. . Able to migrate jobs from one server to another. . Able to migrate SQL Server Reporting Services reports from one instance to another. . Has excellent troubleshooting skills, particularly regarding performance issues and security issues Desirable Technical / Functional Skills . Good Communication and interpersonal skills .
