Experience Required
Experience in Development of IVR applications using Avaya Voice
Portal, Genesys GVP with J2EE back end - preferred.
Experience in Testing IVR applications in the above TEchnologues including
CTI Technologies and Contact Center Tools.
Experience in Testing Web Service applications .
Experience in writing Test Scripts and Test plans for Unit, System,
Integration and Performance Testing.
