*Job responsibilities*


   - Individuals in this role will debug and diagnose platform outages on
   Cloud Platform.
   - Diagnose and mitigate (break/fix) platform faults resulting in service
   disruption of Cloud Platform.
   - Coordinate with external and internal teams to find out resolutions.
   - Create positive outcomes for partners and customers in critical outage
   situations.
   - Adhere to processes defined.
   - Drive technical and procedural improvement across support.

*Must have Skills *


   - Ready to work on 24 x 7 support model (no constraints,no reservations).
   - Graduate in computer science.
   - 2 to 3 years of IT experience.
   - Strong troubleshooting skills.
   - More than a year of experience in enterprise level support for a large
   scale international customer.
   - Working knowledge of *Programming* Concepts and basic scripting
   abilities, Powershell.
   - Working knowledge of debugging tools like Procmon, Perfmon,
*Network* capturing
   tools like Netmon, Wireshark.
   - Exposure to monitoring tools such SCOM, Gomez
   - Working knowledge of enterprise *networks* including load balancers,
   routers, and switches.
   - Good team player.
   - Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with external and
   internal teams.
   - Able to perform work under continuous deadline pressure.
   - Able to communicate and collaborate efficiently in English. Excellent
   written and verbal communication skills.
   - *T-SQL* Experience

*Nice to have skills*


   - Working experience in high availability environment
   - Working Knowledge of *.Net* framework and *C#* *programming* skills
   - Contribute to the *development* of project and improve overall
   efficiency
   - Adherence to process (ITIL) and Incident management and SLA,
   Responsible for Incident management (Proactive & Reactive),      execution
   of Changes, Problem & Performance mgmt.
   - Accountable for operational performance including real-time SLA
   management, escalation, and communication
   - Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps along with
   Root case Analysis
   - Prior Microsoft work experience is an added advantage
