Senior Systems Engineer – Microsoft (Active Directory) Phoenix AZ 3-6 Months+ Open The skills required/desired for the position are as follows: • Strong Active Directory Migration experience (i.e. setup & works, SID history, etc.) • Strong Group Policy Experience (i.e. implementation, ins/outs of Security filtering, WMI filtering, delegation, Inheritance & Blocking loop back processing, backing infrastructure in terms of SYSVOL & Templates, etc). • Strong Communication skills • Ability to work in a team enviornment • Strong Technical Documentation (i.e. skills needed to help in finishing up migration) • Work on continuous improvement of processes and systems related to IT (example: initially used Government Control Guidelines using the security compliance manager tool that MS put out to build out baselines, suggestions/experience/improvement in this area would be a plus). • Advanced level troubleshooting of system problems and system support • IT Asset Management Experience Desired • System Center Configuration Manager experience is a plus for future projects • Knowledge/Experience with Wake-on-LAN (WOL) – Plus for this role Education/Certifications: MCTS for Windows 7 or MCITP Enterprise Desktop Administrator on windows 7 or Similar MCITP Windows 2008 R2 Server Administrator – certifications in these areas are a plus Please respond with Resume, Rate, Current Location and Phone numbers of the Consultant.
