Share Point Business Analyst with Technical Implementation experience.

Please note candidate should have both blend of BA and Technical expertise.

Lexington MA

6 Months


1.       Business customer interviews to gather & document a user
requirement specification

2.       Propose a high level project plan for applicable SharePoint
initiatives

3.       Propose & get reviewed final data taxonomy, user roles/privileges,
design documents / site maps for business information content being stored
in the SharePoint sites

4.       Engage users & IT staff in needed testing along with generating &
authoring any needed testing artifacts.

5.       Execute & support data reorganization, restructuring & migrations
between SharePoint 2007 & 2010 environments

6.       Generate catalog of IT versus business serviceable inventory of
ongoing changes to final SharePoint sites created /delivered along with
documenting processes for users to reference for initiating such changes.

7.       Help conduct business user training session on new Sharepoint site
content use & navigation

8.       Deliver final one-on-one training to identified user group
SharePoint administrators as well ongoing IT support staff administrators.
9.       Assist with SharePoint 2010 functionality consultation to the
Shire HGT IT staff
