*Please respond back with an updated resume and all inclusive rates to [email protected]* Position: Middleware Admin (Jboss / ATG) Location: Irving, TX Duration: 6 months *Description*: Client is looking for a Technology Lead with experience working on Jboss / ATG & Ecommerce applications to assist in the continued growth and support of its Ecommerce sites. This is a 24/7 Applications Management project. The ideal candidate should have min 6-8 years’ experience in an administration and hands on in other Middleware technologies hosted on Linux Platform. This person will be involved and supported on Forth coming projects/Prod support including ATG upgradation, Jboss upgradation, Applications Management, Production Build activities, enhancement projects, Performance tuning and Shell scripting. Candidate will be working with the client and interacting with Business and other project teams. Candidate should have the ability to drive projects on their own. *Responsibilities:* -Provide support during Business hours for client's Ecommerce sites, address any issues impacting the sites and provide resolution -Collaborate with respective teams to support application/reporting functionality and performance. -Administer internal change control implementations and application enhancements. -Monitor application for availability, performance degradation and end user experience -Will be involved in Jboss/ATG upgrades, performance enhancing projects, new technology adoption/implementation. -Will be involved in implementation of Jboss/ATG/ Apache configurations -Analyze & troubleshoot application related errors (Application & Web server) -Participate in product evaluations and perform POC on new products -Create and maintain wiki pages on project documentation / knowledgebase -Support the incident management identification and resolution process for discovered issues. -Analyze site performance using tools like DynaTrace, Uptime, and Tealeaf and report any unusual trends -Co-relate issues to ongoing changes and enhancements.
