*(1)Position: *Electrical Powertrain System Test Engineer
* Duration:* 6 Months
* Location: *Columbus, OH
4 year degree and minimum 5 years related experience working with
automotive ECU’s
*Required Experience:*
- Knowledge of wire soldering , using a multi-meter , reading an
electrical schematic
- Able to use Microsoft excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes Beneficial
Experience (not required)
- Past experience in using engine calibration tools
- Knowledge of C coding language
- Ability to create Excel Macros using VBA
*Job Description:*
- Test Electrical powertrain systems according to test manual
- Collect software specifications from multiple groups and merge into a
master file to be provided to the powertrain system supplier
- Check software specification for missing components
- Collect calibration data from the multiple groups and merge into a
master file
- Update a software database with the latest specifications and
calibrations from the multiple groups
- Update powertrain software on test vehicles
- Build wire harnesses according to schematic
- Perform basic electrical troubleshooting

*Brake Vehicle Technician
* Duration:* 6 Months
* Location: *Columbus, OH
*Responsibilities :*

- Set up and tear down test units (including parts changing, data
collections equipment and vehicle modifications)
- Provide test driver support for internal requirements (set – Up ,
review data, make summary and tear down unit

- *(3)Position: *Tire Test Engineer

*Duration:* 6 Months
*Location: *Columbus, OH
*Full vehicle objective tire testing*
- Tire data management; including post processing of component tire
test data for CAE and physical testing needs.
- Scheduling, oversight and logistical support of component tire
testing activities performed by multiple, off-site vendors.
- Scheduling, oversight and logistical support of off-site complete
vehicle tire wear testing.
- Tire inventory management and distribution of proper specification
of submission (prototype) tires to appropriate function groups.
- Miscellaneous tire related engineering tasks
*Requirements:*
- 0-10 years of automotive testing experience. Tire performance testing
is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to create comprehensive test reports & manage a
detailed work schedule for multiple simultaneous activities.
- BSME, BSMET or equivalent engineering degree. Relevant experience
can substitute for engineering degree.
- Must have valid driver’s license.
- Occasional travel in the US necessary.
- National Instruments LabVIEW and CompactDAQ experience highly
desirable, but not necessary.
- Subjective vehicle evaluation experience is desirable but not
required.

*Requirements:*
- 2 years Associate degree in Automotive Field.
- Ability to operate engine dynos.
- Strong Mechanical Skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to build and instrument engines based on work
instructions.
- Good communication skills and ability to work over time if
needed.

Aerial lift
*Physical requirement and working conditions: *
