Please respond back with an updated resume and all inclusive rates to [email protected] *Position: Application Packaging Consultant* *Location: Woonsocket/RI or Arizona* *Duration: 6 months * Job Description: · Application Packaging using WISE packaging studio tool on windows 7 and windows xp. · Virtualization of applications using VM Ware ThinApp. · Application testing knowledge on Citrix · Scope of work for current Role: · To understand the existing application packaging process and tools of the customer. · To define and establish packaging Requirement gathering. · To define and establish packaging lab and offshore VPN connectivity. · To collect application raw media and installation documentation from a location pre-defined by Customer. · Review the work queue. · To collect software’s which are required for carrying out packaging activity (packaging tool,virtual machine). · To package/test and validate application as identified. · To identify the critical tasks and timelines for packaging. · To carry out transition activities for ongoing packaging phase. · To package the application as identified during ongoing phase. · Strong technical trouble shooting skills for application packaging. · Trouble shooting skills on thin app virtualization.
