*Job Description:*



This role will be responsible for the design, implementation, support and
management of Cisco Unified Communications architectures. The candidate
should have exceptional technical, client, people, writing and presentation
skills with experience in design and/or implementation lead roles for large
multi-site contact centers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop requirements, engineer and manage all phases of a project
including design, implementation, support and extensive troubleshooting of
all Voice related issues.
2. Serve as an advisor to management and development staff for matters of
voice infrastructure design.
3. Utilize Cisco Unified Communications architectures including: ICM
scripting and routing, UCCE/IPCC and Call Manager, PGs, CVP and Unity -
This includes all UCCE, CCM components as well as other Cisco applications.
4. Ability and willingness to learn support and integrate with Contact
Center software and NICE VoIP and Screen recording applications.
5. Provide functional guidance, advice, and/or training to less-experienced
administrators.
6. Planning and directing multiple projects to coordinate software
applications from the development environment to staging environment
through the build process and ultimately migration to production.

QUALIFICATIONS:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Requires BS/BA in related discipline (Computer Information Systems,
Management Information Systems) and 8-10 years of experience in related
field (i.e., Voice Engineering, Cisco UCCE).
2. Certification required Cisco CCNA, CCNP with the focus on Voice preferred
3. 8-10 Years of Experience Supporting Enterprise Multi-Site Cisco Unified
Contact Center Implementations.
4. Significant experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
5. Cisco Unity/Unity Connection (UCXN),
6. Experience integrating with Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE)
7. Cisco Tele-Presence (TMS)
8. Cisco Jabber & Microsoft Lync Voice Integration
9. Cisco Voice Gateways, AS5400, VG224's
10. Experience with H.323 and SIP Protocols
11. Knowledge of CTIOS Desktop and server based applications.
12. Knowledge of MS Active Directory and DNS
13. Demonstrated ability to perform complex problem isolation with
Telecommunications Infrastructures: PRI/T1/DS3
14. Demonstrated ability to perform complex problem isolation in LAN/WAN
environments.
15. Working knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating Systems
16. Working knowledge of Cisco Routing and Switching
17. Working knowledge of Cisco VPN Technologies
18. Supports business customers in the engineering process
19. Participates in the engineering of IPT systems, leading the
documentation process and maintaining engineering artifacts
20. Performs timely engineering reviews and planning of maintenance and
upgrades for existing IPT Infrastructure (hardware and software).
21. Implementation of E911 services.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Third Party Recording Software: NICE VoIP and Screen Recordings
2. Cisco UC and UCCE Platforms and Applications (UCM, ICM, CVP and VXML).
3. Knowledge of Nuance, VXML and CVP
4. Basic knowledge MS SQL and Oracle Database Environments

1. Certified Cisco Voice Professional
2. Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert Routing and Switching
3. Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert - Voice
