Extensive experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional requirements and producing functional design. Experience in working with complex integrated systems which include COTS package, Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence and complex reporting. Should know PL/SQL very well to interpret financial data. Should be a fast learner and have an aptitude to learn business and technical aspects of the banking software used. Requires extensive knowledge of quality assurance (QA) processes, testing tools and use case development. Should be a team player and prior experience in financial and accounting applications is a plus. Requires detailed and comprehensive knowledge of the Client''s business objectives. Excellent knowledge of and extensive experience developing applications in a variety of programming languages, operating systems and computing platforms. Expert functional knowledge of financial banking systems. Familiarity with the technologies used by the team is important: Flexcube, Oracle PL/SQL, Business Objects, Datastage, Java, C++, .NET. *Additional Skills:* Prepares feasibility studies of potential systems including new technology assessments. Designs overall systems architecture and provides complex specifications. Instructs and coordinates activities of assigned Application Developers and other professional staff. Provides technical liaison with external consultants and contractors. Consults with internal clients and users. Prepares project time and cost estimates. Leads post-implementation and ROI analyses. May perform project management functions such as project plan development and user requirements definition. Ability to work in and potentially lead a group. Ability to work with clients and outside groups to determine needs and requirements. Ability to analyze and manage complex projects. Ability to write and communicate effectively with subordinates, peers, end users and Client''s management.
