Work with Business Owners, Product management teams, UX teams and technical staff of all types to gather business and system requirements Work with Third Party team from Business Intelligence, Security, Infrastructure teams for requirement clarifications for Mobile applications. Propose comprehensive solutions based on business and technical requirements Participate in efforts to create High Level Estimates. Architect, design and develop user interface, service tier and data tier components for Mobile Applications. Identify and develop standards, repeatable processes, and reusable components Participate in project planning, timelines, composition of technical teams, and resources. Mentor technical team leads and developers on Department processes and standards to promote consistency and improve productivity. Assist in the resolving development issues and review of technical deliverables on projects. Work with Offshore and Onsite teams. Participate in the full SDLC process (including coding) of Mobile Web solutions, using Java, Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, JQM, JSON and web services. *Skills* Experience in working with web Services design & development (SOAP/XML and REST/JSON)in enterprise scenarios Experience with J2EE applications development Experience in Javascript, HTML5, CSS3 Experience with Single Sign On, LDAP, OAuth Experience developing hybrid mobile applications using JQM, Sencha, Phone Gap Knowledge in developing applications with Android and iPad (iOS) tablet Act as a leader for any technical and cross-functional teams to develop and deploy mobile application Experience using Analytic tools like Omniture. Experience with industry standard Java/J2EE application servers, specifically Jboss Knowledge of Titanium, Rho Mobile and other mobile development approaches. Experience with Object Oriented Design and UML Knowledge of MDM tools like Airwatch.
