Sr IT Systems Analyst Working on myHCE (Health Cost Estimator) and/or eHP (eSync Health Portal) Part of a team - myHCE has 3 S/As, eHP has 3 S/As. Top 5-10 responsibilities for this position: - Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements. - Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems. - Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses. - Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks. - Translates concepts into practice. - Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues. - Coaches, provides feedback, and guides others. - Acts as a resource for others with less experience. Software tools/skills needed to perform daily responsibilities: - Proficiency with MS Office (Including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) - Proficiency with MS Visio Skills/attributes that are a must have: - Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience - 5+ years of System Analysis/Development experience - 5+ years of experience working in the different phases of development - 5+ years of Relational Database experience - 5+ years of writing system requirements - Understanding of data gathering/analysis - Knowledge of the Software(System) Development Life Cycle - Experience working with test plans and test cases - Experience facilitating Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions Skills/attributes that are nice to have: - Healthcare Industry experience Thanks & Regards, Max | Recruiter | V.L.S Systems Inc.
