*Location:NYC* Duration: 1 yr+ *Solutions SME* We are currently seeking a seasoned IT Solutions SME *with 10+ years *of experience in architecting, developing, implementing, and maintaining large scale systems, preferably across multiple hardware and software platforms. This individual must have well-rounded technical abilities including an infrastructure and applications development background. It is essential that this individual have a broad scope of experience as well as a good sense for the big picture. *Skills/Experience Required:* - Significant experience in new computing architectures and implementation of network computing structures; experience with Internet and Intranet development is needed. - Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and leadership with extremely strong abilities in relationship management. - Ability to make well defined technical decisions pertaining to technical deployment strategy in meeting the business needs. This individual must be able to make decisions with conviction. - Ability to exercise creative problem-solving techniques in a highly complex environment using leading edge technology and/or integrating diverse user systems. - Exceptional project management skills, effectively arranging resources and managing multiple small to large scale projects in a cross-functional environment. - Excellent oral and written communication skills are critical, along with the ability to lead team or individual presentations. *Responsibilities:* - Lead the “technical” portion of projects from inception through to the production lifecycle. The Solutions SME will drive planning sessions comprised of a virtual team of architects and Integration Engineers (HW/SW) in providing the appropriate technical solution to meet the business driver.
