We have an Urgent Requirement on *Sr. SAP QA Tester *@ * Atlanta, GA* *Job Title:* *Sr. SAP QA Tester * *Location:* * Atlanta, GA* *Duration: 12 Months* *Interview Type: Phone + F2F* *Primary Skills: QA, Quality Center, SAP BW, SQL Joins and Queries (Oracle database)* Requirements: Basics of SQL, joins. Our testing is on Oracle DB only. Mobile business knowledge Good communication skills Quality center Onshore - offshore work model Experience validating commissions payment systems via SQL Understand the dependencies between SAP BW cubes, mappings, which may include more then what is in the release being tested. Strong experience in testing SAP modules - BW, PDM Experience in integration testing of ECCS, AP, AR, MM, SD, FI/CO, CRM, Job Level Specific Duties • Facilitates implementing quality processes to ensure effective outcomes in terms of performance. • Analyzes data on relevant project metrics, draws inferences and identifies corrective, preventative and improvement action plans with a view to improve overall customer satisfaction. • Conducts internal process audits to assess the functioning and process compliance in complex projects. • Identifies, analyzes and implements actions to bridge gaps for the processes to comply with applicable quality standards or models. • Provides continuous process improvements recommendations. • Provides training on quality processes. Typical Years of Experience • Typically requires 4-6 years relevant experience. Minimum Education and Certifications • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Skills • Strong knowledge of relevant operational process area software and support, infrastructure services and business process services. • Strong knowledge on any two Quality Assurance Models (ISO 9001, 20000, 27001, CMMI, PCMM, Six Sigma techniques). • Strong knowledge of audit process and auditing skills. • Proficiency in MS office applications. • Strong knowledge on Quality Management. • Strong skills in process documentation. • Strong statistical techniques and quantitative analysis skills. • Strong Project Management skills. Physical Requirements/ Working Conditions • Ability to physically perform general office requirements.
