The Applications Developer performs duties and tasks to support full systems life cycle management (e.g., analyses, technical requirements, design, coding, testing, implementation of systems and applications software, etc.). Solid ability to troubleshoot and debug, must be resourceful. *Management Skills:* A bachelor degree in Computer Science/related discipline or the equivalent in education and work experience is required. Requires a minimum of 5 years web development experience utilizing Java/J2EE and 3+ additional years of IT or equivalent development experience.
