- *Minimum of 8+ years experiences in Databases and business
intelligence infrastructure technologies solutions*
- *5+ years’ experience in Architecture and designing of DW, BI, OLTP
and OLAP MS SQL and Oracle databases technologies.*
- *Demonstrated expert level-knowledge assisting customers in
architecting, planning, testing and deploying Microsoft SQL Cluster, Oracle
RAC, EDW using PDW, Big data analytics, Hadoop, IBM big insight
Infrastructure solutions.*
- *Experience overseeing (from a technical perspective) multiple
projects.*
- *SQL 2008 R2 at a minimum, SSAS a must*
- *Exposure to SQL 2012 a plus*
- *Experience with large scale DW solutions (SQL PDW, Teradata,
Netezza) a plus*
- *Experimentation with NoSQL technologies and Hadoop Azure is a
major plus*
- *Several years hands-on SQL Server development experience including:*
- *DW schema design, implementation and optimization*
- *ETL framework design, implementation and management*
- *Physical implementation, optimization, backup, DR strategies*
- *Advanced SQL Server features such as “always-on” technologies,
scalability, audit and compliance*
- *Design, develop and deploy SSIS packages*
- *Design, develop and deploy SSRS and PowerPivot solutions*
- *SharePoint and .Net development experience is a plus*
- *Fluent in relational database architecture/design, clustering, RAC
concepts *
- *Database Technology: SQL Server, Hadoop, Clouderaetc.*
- *ETL Technology: SSIS, informatica*
- *BI Technology: SSRS, SSAS, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Spotfire*
§ *Experience with any of the following is a plus: Cloud IaaS/PaaS, Azure,
O365, Cloud Integration etc.*
- *Experience facilitating meetings with multiple customers and
technical staff, including building consensus and mediating compromises
when necessary.*
*Demonstrated ability to understand a customer's needs and articulate
messaging technologies to key stakeholders.*
*Technical Requirements:*

§ *Extensive, real-world experience designing enterprise solutions and
defining solution architectures *
§ *Experience building and supporting mission critical infrastructure for

approaches *
§ *Demonstrated knowledge of industry trends and standards*
§ *Experience in development lifecycle management*
§ *Experience in project and task planning*
