The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, estimating, staffing, organizing and monitoring multiple and/or complex projects. This person will work closely with business leaders, the Customer Engagement team and associates in the PMO to estimate time, costs, and quantity of resources required to successfully implement production projects. With this in mind, the Sr. PM will create detailed project plans including cost, risks, schedule, and resource requirements. The Sr. PM should demonstrate an understanding for complex ideas, attentive listening and clear written and verbal communication. They should also demonstrate leadership qualities by leading a project team through complex and ambiguous phases on a project. They take responsibility for any obstacles and make sure that these problems are resolved, enabling their team to make progress. This person should also fulfill a customer facing role in which she/he manages the customer relationship by building and maintaining a level of trust with the customer, serves as a customer advocate by committing to meet the expectations of the customer, and offers guidance and support in analyzing and solving customer problems. Required Skills/Experience: • 8-10 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the Healthcare IT industry. • In addition –experience working in group purchasing and with supply chains is preferred. • Project planning and implementation skills including reporting and directing the work of others • Experience implementing projects using Lean/Agile/Scrum methods • Experience developing SOWs and tracking ROI • Experience leading projects requiring vendor product integration and coordinating across various development and business teams for delivery. • Experience creating meeting agendas with clear outcomes, timing, and preparation needs • Experience leading and facilitating meetings • Ability to produce concise and compelling written materials • Experience managing small, cross functional agile teams against tasks and milestones Thanks & Regards, Max | Recruiter | V.L.S Systems Inc.
