The objective of the FRESCO Phase 2 project is to bring the Real Estate / Store Design Construction business of L Brands on to standard client''s back-end systems, including SAP. This role will involve working closely with the project’s functional test lead and functional testers to review key documents including the test strategy, test plan / schedule, and test results reporting. The QA Auditor will also invest significant time reviewing test cases as they’re being developed, test execution results, and defects that are logged by the team. Many of the testers on this project will be contractors operating in an onshore / offshore model, and it will be critical to audit their work to ensure quality and adherence to the L Brands standard testing process. This project will be using a traditional Waterfall SDLC methodology and HP ALM / Quality Center will be used to capture test cases, test execution results, and defects. This role will report jointly to the project test lead and to the leadership of the centralized QA team for L Brands. Position Qualifications • Audits functional testing activities on one large IT project or multiple smaller IT projects, concurrently. Includes reviewing and providing feedback on key testing deliverables (strategy, schedule, etc.), auditing quality of testing assets (test cases, test results, defects), ensuring compliance with the L Brands standard testing process, and reporting audit findings to project leaders. • Expert in functional testing process, including test scope identification, test requirements management, test case development, test scheduling, and defect management. • Strong understanding of common Systems Development Lifecycle methodologies, including Waterfall and iterative approaches like Agile / Scrum. • Expert in using HP Quality Center / TestDirector for test and defect management. • Independently documents and presents test strategies / plans to project and business leaders. • Experience leading multiple resources on projects. • Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills with IT and Business audiences. • Excels at working in a project environment and on cross-functional teams. • Consistently delivers day-to-day assignments with a high level of quality and attention to detail. • Independently develops key deliverables and publishes without supervisor review. • Proactively applies a systematic approach to data gathering and analysis to make key decisions that are supported by facts. • Able to influence others without authority in order to drive decision-making and solutions. • Retail / supply chain background is preferred. • Bachelor''s degree in IT or equivalent experience. • 5+ years’ experience in test / QA leadership roles Thanks & Regards, Max | Recruiter | V.L.S Systems Inc.
