The role will apply proven communication, technical, analytical and problem-solving skills to help to identify, debug, communicate and resolve issues and provide customer support to internal and external users of the applications and data. Job Responsibilities: Pull the technical requirements and process flow modeling from different clinical specifications including Paper-base Performance Measure specification and eMeasures specifications presented in the Health Quality Measure Format (HQMF), a Clinical Document Architecture (CDA)-based model built upon HL7 standards. Transfer and organize the requirements into defined structures to be coded and implemented and provide the specification of how to extract clinical data presented in xml files with custom schema or Quality Reporting Document Architecture (QRDA) format/schema. Use ILOG (.net framework tool) to develop the algorithm flows and data processing modules to process clinical data submitted in XML files. Work with xml schema and xml files to create test files using XML editor tools and perform manual unit test and regression testing of all the modules of both paper-base and eMeasure applications, following already-established plans and methodologies. Use database SQL queries to validate and monitor the collected data and verify the efficiency and correctness of the algorithms and provide technical support to the users of applications or data. Adopt and actively incorporate Lean Six Sigma and Work Out and Change Management for process improvement. Requirements: The level of technical knowledge equivalent to that ordinarily acquired through completion of a Computer Science bachelor degree. Three to five years technical experience, mainly in Quality Assurance or Tester capacity is required. Adept in working with relational database, understanding variety of programming and coding languages and working with reporting/query tools (e.g., MS Access, SAS, MS SQL Server, MS Visio, etc.) Strong ability to understand requirements in whole and in detail and ability to perform testing and investigate and debug and effectively report issues Strong written and oral communication skills, self-driven and yet able to follow direction, results-oriented, reliable, determined, ownership of responsibility and accountability, and team-player are required Experience working with EHR, HL7/CDA, or QRDA architecture is preferred Thanks & Regards, Max | Recruiter | V.L.S Systems Inc.
