Location: San Dimas, CA Duration: 12 month (must be *US Citizen or Green Card holder *) contract could be longer than 12 months Interview: hiring over phone or skype if out of state. They must have done proposals, setup and conducted research in an SDLC environment, and have been the go to contact for data driven design. The UX Researcher will coordinate User Experience Research activities for products and services. - Strong background in *user experience research *with software, web and/or mobile applications leveraging usability techniques that include some or all of the following: - Iterative/formative discovery, remote usability testing, heuristic evaluation, task analysis, surveys, focus groups, persona definition, field research, crowd-sourcing, etc. - Experience with Morae, Qualtrics, Usuara, and /oriRise Studio and other research or prototyping tools is highly desirable. - Knowledge and experience in UX, UI, or Visual Design and related best practices is also desirable. - Experience and past success performing UX Research within an Agile SDLC is preferred.
