As such, this position requires exceptional verbal and written communication skills in order to foster relationships with the Program Manager community and represent the PMO as a center of excellence in the processes we oversee. The PMO SDLC & Agile Process Coach may be assigned to one or more programs or software development teams at a time and will be providing guidance on internal SDLC processes as well as coaching the members of multiple teams on aspects of Agile and Lean practices adoption. Examples include guiding a program or team in identification of the milestones and artifacts required by our SDLC framework, participating in audits of compliance with SDLC practices, assessing the appropriateness of Agile or other Lean practices for a particular program or team, establishing the use of Kanban boards and ceremonies, establishing and grooming a good Product Backlog, coaching or facilitating meetings such as iteration planning or retrospectives, and maintaining release and sprint burn-downs – all with the objective of developing these skills in our organization. Additionally, the PMO SDLC/Agile Coach will participate in the development and execution of strategies to drive Agile and Lean adoption throughout the Global Connected Consumer organization. They will participate in completing transformation-related items in the Agile Coaching Office Product Backlog.
