Responsibilities also include working with Business Analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications (primarily screenshots). Not only will candidates be joining a project team, they will be joining a team of resources dedicated to delivering client engagements with a focus on common tools, technologies, and methodologies. REQUIRED SKILLS: * Must have 3 - 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and testing ETL programs independently using Informatica in Oracle DB environments * Ability to Code, test, debug, schedule, implement and document complex ETL programs Using Informatica Power Centre 9.5 ETL tool suite. * Strong knowledge on various ETL architectures and ability to establish best practices. * Must have experience in writing complex SQL queries in Oracle 11g DB * Experience in performance tuning of slowly performing data loads/ ETLs * Experience with Informatica Identity Resolution is desired * Experience with Informatica MDM hub solution is a plus * Experience in Developing test plans and quality assurance tests to ensure data integrity * Experience in Shell scripting - UNIX, Linux.
