*Position : .Net Developer Location : Johns Creek, GA Duration : 6+ Months Phone / Skype or F2F GC, USC or EAD Preferred * *KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:* • Bachelor’s degree preferred. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, we will accept equivalent in education, experience, or both • Minimum of 3 to 4 years’ experience or formal training with one or more programming languages or software packages in a client server .NET environment. Must also know Microsoft SQL server. • Advanced understanding of full life cycle development • Strong analytical, problem solving, multitasking, and time management skills with consistent attention to detail. Advanced understanding of analytical techniques such as logical data modeling and process modeling. Knowledge and skills related to additional technical tools are a plus (Visio, data modeling tools, window prototyping tools) • Ability to effectively learn and use new programming concepts, tools, and methodology to support the needs of the business • Strong functional understanding of the assigned retail business area (logistics, credit, and so forth) and how it interacts with other areas of the business and detail processes. Overall understanding of the MST suite of systems and their interdependence is a plus • Strong understanding of emerging technologies and systems development best practices • Strong leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels • Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and consensus building skills • Advanced presentation (written and verbal) communication skills.
