*Position : Web Designer UX Architect Location: Parsippany, NJ * *Duration : 12+ Months Phone then Face to Face* *Background* We are in the process of developing a new section on the website to support a persona-based user experience for the CMO role. The CMO digital experience will serve as a hub for the CMO and other senior marketers to access relevant content across all stages of the buyer’s journey (Learn, Solve, Compare, and Purchase). It will engage them on emotional, topical, foundational, and promotional levels. Their journey will progress from learning about key trends and issues that speak to their business and emotional needs, exploring different solution strategies for addressing these needs, understanding Client’s core capabilities that make us an indispensable part of the solution, and finally evaluating and comparing specific Client solutions around key use cases. There will be strong and clear calls to action at each step that lead them down a path and deepen their engagement. Interactivity, clean design, and fresh, relevant content will be key features of the customer experience *Information Architect Role* In developing this new CMO experience, the Information Architect will be responsible for providing guidance on the overall user experience, including layout, navigation and flow. This person will design, lead, and analyze end user needs and leverage the findings into site architecture and wireframes. He/she will also work with the team to develop the Business Requirements document for the section.
