*Duration : 3-6 Months Phone / Skype ( Will hire off the phone/Skype but
prefers in-person. (If a candidate can interview in-person they will get
HIGHEST PRIORITY)*
*PREFERS LOCAL candidates (MA, RI, NH, CT, NY, or NJ) *
*Job Requirements*
- *5+ years* of *hands-on QA Testing* experience is *required*.
- Candidates should have a *mix of Manual AND Automated testing *
experience.
- Knowledge of *Defined Contributions Domain is a MUST-HAVE –
Retirement, 401K, Pension, IRA’s, etc.*
o Need to have a *good understanding of DC as in IRS rules and
regulations, deferrals and contributions, etc. Not just industry
experience.*
- Able to *write Test Cases, scripts, plans, procedures, and able to
debug Issues.*
- Nice to have off-shore Team Handling Experience, Mobile Platforms,
JIRA or Quality Center Experience, and a Financial Background.
