Seeking an expert in using open source/lighter weight based ETL tools like *Talend, Pentaho or syncsort.* 2. The other contractor I am looking for someone that is an expert in *R or Revolution Analytics*, is a data scientist, knows how to profile data, do some data mining, especially on Hadoop.
