Business Analyst
*w/Savvion(dont submit profile without Savvion) *Duration: 9 months
minimum
Location: Roseland, NJ
Max Rate: $45/HR CTC
Interview Type: Phone interview then bring them in for face to face.
However, if you find a person with heavy SAVVION who is not local we can
talk about it.
Project:
Couple of key points for the role:
6-8 years experience really needed
SAVVION preferred but he knows it is difficult to find so it is ok
if they do not have it
IBM Workflow is another good tool; Basically if they used a large
workflow tool he will speak with them
Must be able to work independently. They need to be able to go
to a VP and talk by themselves
BPM and Creating Workflows is the key to this role. Don’t
overthink it – he just wants a real good analyst
Prefer Agile Scrum
Experience designing UI. Don’t need the creative side but need
to be technical enough that they understand this.
Need someone a little bit technical and be able to work with
programmers and read technical documents
Finance background is not a big deal
Some questions the manager wants to basically know:
Are you a good analyst? Can you talk to executives and understand their
needs?
Interview Notes:
Part of the interview will be practical. Manager gives 2 min introduction
about the project and he will then play the part of the executive. He
will then see how good the candidate is at getting the information out of
him and what his needs will be.
