*space*, with a focus on *health* *insurance*
3. Eliciting requirements, organizing and formulating requirement
artifacts including process flows, use cases.
4. Estimating, planning, monitoring deliverables and timelines.
5. Simplifying requirements and translating into established
documentation standards.
6. Good communication skills and ability to explain complex constructs in
a lucid fashion
7. Analyze Requirements and recommend solutions.
8. Creates and maintains *Application Profile*
9. Creates *data flows, UI, PRPC properties.*
10. Creates and managers *Use Cases*
11. Support the development of process descriptions, *functional*
*requirements* and specifications during facilitated *workshops* and
meetings
with the *business users and stakeholders*
12. Coordinate the various tasks between *onsite / offshore*
13. Collaborating with stakeholders and IT teams. Conducting reviews and
obtaining sign-offs.

2. Pega systems-*BPM* and Rules Tools
3. Pega systems-Business Process Activity Monitoring
4. Pega systems-Business Process Analysis
