3-4 years experience with Tableau
Strong SQL experience
UI Visualization (user interface) experience
Good Communication
Experience in design report
Good Communication/personality
Documentation
Expertise in organizing and programming data in Tableau
Strong experience on dashboards design with large data volumes.
Ability to monitor and tune queries and data loads (both for new and
existing dashboards).
Experience in performance tuning / optimization of Tableau solutions.
Strong understanding of data modeling and experience in report generation
or Database manipulation concepts and practices

Exposure to BigQuery
Day-to-Day
On a day to day basis this individual will be bringing in data sets,
filtering them out and hierarchizing them. Next they will be
gathering/capturing requirements and handing it off to a ETL team member,
where they will create all queries. After ETL handles all backend work they
will plus all the data in a report, building out an entire report. Lastly
they will be handing this off to the customer, interacting with them on a
daily basis to see their feedback on what they like, what needs to be
changed, ect
Also this consultant will be pulling reports and doing report analysis as
well combining data with analyst for BQ.
