If you are interested and available for the Job, Please revert back with latest resume. *Job title: Abinitio Developer.* *Location: Austin-Texas.* *Duration: 1 Year.* *Job Description:* · Ideal candidate has experience with both Abinitio (REQUIRED) and Enterprise Geocoding Software (TSS Highly preferred). · This position reports to a Geospatial Location Services in Austin. · The successful candidate will be a senior software developer in the GMR application area (batch and Data warehouse applications including Code Table system and Legacy applications). *Primary responsibilities:* · Analyze and develop ETL applications using Abinitio 2.14 or above. · Design, develop, document and implement new programs and subprograms, as well as enhancements, modifications, and corrections to existing software. · Develop testing and debugging routines and oversee execution. · Create documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. · Build and maintain relationships with global and virtual teams and third parties on software development or support issues. · Lead development and oversee programming and testing functions to ensure that projects are securely delivered and fulfill expectations. · Understand the positioning of a solution within the company and to build a plan to effectively gain buy-in from all participants. · Identify opportunities for further enhancements and refinements to standards and processes. · Prepare ETL design documents; evaluate and recommend ETL solutions to meet user requirements; define and implement solutions to load and extract data from source data. · Design and develop high performance fuzzy matching algorithms using Trillium Software. · Knowledge of Trillium matching techniques like window key matching and reference matching. · Familiarity with geo-coding and global address standardization methods · Experience in Ab Initio continuous flows and real-time web-services *Requirements:* · Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in developing and supporting business applications for large corporations with experience in both batch and online systems. · Minimum of 5 or more years of Abinitio ETL experience. · Minimum of 2 or more years of experience in Enterprise Geocoding Software (Trillium Software Suite V13 or higher), or (Pitney Bowes Spectrum V8 or higher). · Extensive knowledge in window based matching and reference matching modules with in depth understanding of optimal window sizes. · Expert in best practices for Data Marts and Enterprise DW architectures. · Combination of mainframe and open systems experience a plus. · Relational database and SQL development experience required; extensive knowledge of UDB (3 years of experience or more) and other relational databases (such as Oracle) a plus. · Development experience in a cross-platform, multi-tier environment. · In-depth knowledge of the software development life cycle required. · Ability to develop code that follows established coding guidelines. · Strong communication skills with proven ability to present complex ideas and document in a clear and concise way. · Proficient in project design. · Deep knowledge of all DW-related components (Sourcing, ETL, Data Modeling, Infrastructure, BI, Reporting) and multiple tools to support those components. · Knowledge of Visa applications a plus. · Service excellence and innovation; create opportunities; consistently think and act 'ahead of the curve.' · Quick learner; self-starter, detailed and thorough. · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems or other technical discipline; advanced degree preferred. *REQUIRED SKILLS:* · Candidates must have a Bachelors degree and at least 5 years of Abinitio ETL experience. · Candidates must also have experience working in Unix environment. · Geo-spatial background of 2 or more years is required. · Independent judgment with little to no direction from supervisor. · Nice if candidates are flexible with their work schedules and able to work late hours and weekends as projects demand. · Previous experience with a financial company would be nice. · Trillium Software Suite V13 or Higher required. *Qualification Rating* Must Have Standard Qualifications · 5 Years work experience with Abinitio. · Bachelor Degree. · 2 Years work experience with Geo-spatial. · 5 Years work experience with UNIX. *Thanks & Regards,* *Naresh* Recruiter *Tech- Net Inc* Email: [email protected] Phone: 916.221.3043 , 916.458.4390 EXT : 103 101 Parkshore Dr. Suite #100, Folsom, CA 95630 web: http://www.tech-netinc.com *A WMBE certified company* [image: cid:sigimg0@199a6bb7055083cec63ae53f32257615] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "it req" group.
