·         Experience in designing and conducting different types of
Performance tests such as Load, Stress and Endurance Tests

·         Collecting NFR, Expertise in bottleneck identification,
End-to-End Root cause Analysis on performance bottlenecks.

·         Expertise in various tools used in Performance Testing, hands on
proficiency in different protocols

·         Strategize Performance engineering/testing needs

·         Leadership Qualities, and previous experience with Leading
Enterprise Performance Testing teams

·         Capability to take Performance Testing to Performance Engineering
over a period of time
