Implemented Trade Surveillance scenarios for Fixed Income Trade Knowledge of Actimize Fixed Income model either as a Business Analyst or as SME Solid understanding of Trade flows and Controls in Capital Markets domain (for Fixed Income products , trade data, market data etc. ) *Preferred Experience:* Experience in doing Business Analysis around Trade Surveillance areas using vendor systems like Actimize BA with experience in full data life cycle from business requirements analysis and data feed definition, to data mapping and working with QA team to facilitate feed testing for Actimize implementation . Knowledge of Actimize Trade Surveillance UDM . *Note:* Please look for profiles who are SME’s Actimize Trade Surveillance Solution for Fixed Income product or have implementation project experience with Actimize Trade Surveillance Solution for Fixed Income product. *2. Title: Core BSA * *Location: OH/ NY* *Position Type: Long term Contract* *Rate: DOE* *Position 2: Core BSA* *Job description : * *Key Responsibilities:* Working with technology team to define project requirements and review designs and test plans results to confirm that line of business goals are met Documenting the Stories and Use Cases from project business requirements Documenting data flows and exchange between systems Performing Testing to confirm the application has been built as per the functional specs. Working with architects and line of business partners to develop and define technology project scopes, requirements, and operational impacts (migrations support, etc) Identify, assess, and document business requirements, recommending business priorities, and advising business on options, risks, and costs. Conduct research to determine if solutions to business requirements currently exist within or outside the business unit, and if not, whether new solutions are feasible. Analyze impact of proposed solution across the business, develop use cases, functional specification and source to target mappings to explain/demonstrate business requirements/specifications to IT team, and contribute a business or process perspective during design reviews. *Job Requirements:* *Bachelor’s Degree Required* Minimum 3-5 years of technical delivery experience (Architecture, Application Development, Usability Design, Project Management, or Quality Assurance) Minimum 7 years of business analysis (or equivalent work experience) Experience understanding of business process reengineering and business modeling concepts, business systems development and analysis Basic understanding of the company's business practices and familiarity with the company's retail and business banking online products Basic hands on data analysis skills - ability to query existing data stores and use analytical tools to support requirements, decisions, and recommendations Strong analytical and writing skills, to include solid experience in writing functional and technical specifications Strong verbal communication and presentation skills Agile team experience, (Scrum, Lean, Kanban, XP) *Preferred Experience:* Strong experience in TDD and ATDD practices is highly desired. Title: Scrum BSA * *Location: NY* *Position Type: Long term Contract* *Rate: DOE* *Job description:* Tech BA with minimum 9 years of BA experience in Retail Banking industry Being able to gather requirement through business interactions, JAD sessions, etc. Be able to document requirement as FSD, Use cases, etc. Should understand the whole SDLC process and have worked extensively with development team. process/functionality focused; detail oriented. BA should have preferably worked in operational risk domain (not mandatory) Very good communication skill *4. Title: Tech BA * *Location: OH/ NY* *Position Type: Long term Contract* *Rate: DOE * *Job description: * Minimum 9 years of Technical BA experience, mainly Java related technologies. (Java Tech Lead/Tech PM) Good communication and positive attitude. Can able to interpret business requirements to technical solution using Java related technologies (Such as Java/J2EE, Web Services) Generate API specifications for ReSTful web services. Able to do existing Java code research to find existing business rules and co-relate with business requirements. Able to work independently and should have ability to explain API Spec design to development team. Experience in Agile methodologies, especially deliverables, processes and strong technical analysis skill Experience in Java design patterns and architecture Experience in data modelling and data analysis Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as highly developed and interpersonal skills Proven ability to meet deadlines and work in fast paced team environment General Knowledge on backing concept and products. Proactive, quick and smart enough to complete his task first and help others in the team. able to understand the function flow and wireframes, able to create component spec using semantic vocabulary.
