Knowledge of information gathering, planning, and organizing methods and principles. Successful Key Person must have a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing or a related field, such as journalism and previous technical project documentation experience Experience with writing internal or external user manuals as well as internal policy and procedures. Experience working with teams including Project managers, Business Analysts, Subject Matter Experts, Compliance, and Trainers. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
