Individual must be proficient in publishing/entitling users to applications and published desktops. Individual should have an excellent understanding of user experience and the role of persona management tools in UX. Experience in configuring and deploying RES Workspace Manager is strongly desirable. Experience in configuring and deploying applications using App-V 4.x and/or 5.x is preferable. Skills: Excellent troubleshooting skills required. Individual must have excellent interpersonal skills and must work well with peers and customers.
