Location: Orange County, CA Start Date: ASAP. Other: Four-day work week on site. Interview mode: Phone and possible Skype. We are in search of a CRM functional person with Oracle EBS 12.0.6 tele-services, telesales and interaction center experience. The role will be configuring the system to capture customer interactions including E-mail center and external e-mail marketing systems. Some Apps Tech (around custom query and forms extensions) experience will be helpful.
