scheduling, status reports, note capture and distribution as well as
follow-up of action items to closure

*Key Responsibilities:*
• *Sharepoint administrator for the TCAP Program*, includes TCPA page
oversight, uploading documents, managing the folders, pages within TCPA
Sharepoint
• Maintain the overall Change Control log, capture the new requests and
track requests through to full approval, working with the requesting and
impacted LOBs
• Lead the weekly Change Control meetings, working with the TCPA Program
leads and the multiple x-impacted LOBs
• Assist the Program Manger with facilitating status calls and collecting
materials for creating the weekly program deck
• Work directly with the IT PMs across the multiple LOBs engaged in TCPA to
gather timelines for program level heatmaps, gathering Level of Effort
(LOE) hours for the multiple phases of the project timeline.
• Ability to stream line data inputs from multiple PMs into a program level
update for Senior Management level status updates
• Consolidation of multiple LOB playbooks into a Program level playbook to
manage implementation status
• Assist with the Command Center phone line and email box with timely
knowledge level of TCPA implementation status, LOB specific timelines and
the overall TCPA Program timeline
• Manage the IT Impact Matrix sign off’s, gathering the proper resources
who will sign off by LOB and ensuring that the sign off’s occur by the
deadline, managing the IT LOBs through the process
• Tracking the Peregrine tickets related to the TCPA program, ensuring that
the Peregrine tool, the TCPA Program Sharepoint site and the weekly status
report are all in sync
• Possess strong interpersonal skills for partnering with various levels of
the organization and influencing results
• Demonstrating strong problem solving skills, especially in a fast-paced
environment
