Essential Functions/Responsibilities: The developer will support the client management operations through report development, quality assurance, and data analysis of Remedy ITSM. This position is responsible for converting application data stored in a relational database into reports using reporting design tools. The Remedy ITSM Report Developer will work with management to gather requirements and translates these business requirements into report specifications and then will be responsible for developing the reports.
